Charger Leadership Experience

Take part in a range of activities that are designed to equip you with the critical skills employers are seeking in candidates. Participating in various experiences encourages you to identify values, serve as a responsible citizen, and lead others.

四色AV of New Haven鈥檚 Charger Leadership Experience, and departments within the Division of Students Affairs, focus on creating unified and transformative leadership pathways for students to develop the skills and competencies employers have indicated they look for in college graduates.
