About Ardiana

Ardiana Sula is a scholar whose work bridges artificial intelligence, data science, and education. Her research focuses on how AI and data strategies can improve decision-making and enhance educational processes and services. Through applied research and product development, she designs AI-driven tools that support evidence-based leadership and advance teaching, learning, and institutional effectiveness.

With a background in engineering, data science, and educational design, Dr. Sula’s work integrates AI in Education with data strategy leadership to create more adaptive, data-informed, and human-centered models of learning. Her projects demonstrate how AI can be used not just to automate systems, but to strengthen insight, equity, and impact across education.
